Jilin International Studies University (JISU), founded in 1995, is a key university in Jilin Province. The University was approved by the Ministry of Education as a private teaching organization to offer four-year undergraduate programs in 2003 and obtained the authorization to confer bachelor’s degrees and began to run joint master’s degree programs in 2005. Projects of academic cooperation with Massey University and sister university Northland Polytechnic of New Zealand, Panyapiwat Institute of Management of Thailand and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman of Malaysia are reaching more effective and mature steps with the common efforts of all partners involved.

Yunnan College of Foreign Affairs & Foreign Language was approved by the Yunnan Provincial People’s Government, and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China agreed to put it on record after examination.
